RETURN POLICY:  The Better Back Store offers the following Returns Policy: If you don't love it, please return it. We are happy to accept returns for a full refund, less shipping cost, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

SHARED INVENTORY POLICY:  It is The Better Back Store's discretion to ship either in-store inventory or drop-ship an item directly from the manufacturer for any order.
