Shipping transit times are usually 4-6 business days, depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer. We ship USPS Priority Mail and can ship to either a street address or a P.O. Box location. Even though they have higher shipping rates, we've chosed Priority Mail for shipping. It has been our experience they ship faster than UPS, deliver to P.O. Box, and have better shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. You will receive an email from the Post Office confirming your order has shipped.

We ship directly from our retail store, also called The Better Back Store. We're located in Fort Collins, Colorado and do enjoy hiking, fly fishing, but had to give up skiing.

We opened our first retail store in Boulder, Colorado in December 1991 and followed with our second retail store in Fort Collins, Colorado in September 1993. I sold the Boulder Store about 3 years ago and now focus my business on the Fort Collins retail store and the online business. That makes us one of the oldest Back Stores in the country. We have been selling Healthy Back Bags since about 1995. We stock all the items listed in our eBay Store. However, sometimes we do run short of items due to retail and online sales. In the event we are out of stock, our relationship with the Healthy Back Bag company allows them to ship your Healthy Back Bag directly to you.
